FDIS has the experience,
products and services to seamlessly enable virtually
every type of transaction anywhere in the world,
anytime—safely, reliably and securely. Our leadership
has been built on strength and expertise in three
critical areas:

We are committed to reliability at every level of our
company and at every step of each transaction. Every
transaction, every task and every customer is important.

FDIS provides customers with a range of products and
services unmatched by anyone in our industry. And we
have the scalable capacity to handle our customers'
transaction needs however large or small.

FDIS does whatever it takes to enable customers to build
enduring and valuable relationships with their
customers.
Since our flagship subsidiary
Western Union Financial Services, Inc. pioneered the
first electronic money transfer in 1871, we have been
sending money safely, securely, and reliably. From that
auspicious beginning to delivering the first singing
telegram in 1933, to becoming the first processor of
both VISA® and MasterCard® bank-issued credit cards in
1976, we have been instrumental in every development
involving the electronic transfer of money.
Whether by linking banks through the first ATM network
(1981) or forming partnerships that created the earliest
Internet portals, FDIS has been erasing geographic
boundaries to connect people across the globe.

E-Commerce
The e-commerce market is experiencing extraordinary
growth and leaving little doubt that as more consumers
use the Internet, e-commerce-based sales are no longer a
luxury for many businesses, but an absolute necessity.
Because the e-commerce environment constitutes a
non-face-to-face transaction, it also creates greater
potential for fraud. FDIS realizes that e-commerce
merchants need reliable Internet-based payment services
that will help maximize their electronic payment profit
potential, while helping to ward off fraud from their
non-face-to-face transactions. We offer e-commerce
merchants several payment solutions to maximize
electronic payment profit potential and fraud
protection.
The LinkPoint® Secure Payment Gateway is the gateway of
choice for FDIS however, our systems are compatible with
all major gateways.

credit cards including MasterCard®, Visa®,
PIN-secured and signature debit cards, American Express®,
Diners ®, Discover®, and JCB®
cards. In addition, we provide an outstanding gift card
program, check processing services through the TeleCheck®

programs, and we process credit cards over the telephone
with our TeleChargeSM service. We also accept
purchasing cards from our merchants' corporate clients
and offer discounted supplies through our Merchant Club

Product Feature: TeleCheck
Warranty and Electronic Check Acceptance (ECA) programs.
FDIS offers two services
through TeleCheck: Warranty and Electronic Check
Acceptance (ECA):
- Warranty. Provided
all requirements are met, TeleCheck guarantees that
merchants will receive payment on all checks that
they properly authorize through the system.
- Telecheck Electronic
Check Acceptance (ECA). ECA converts paper checks
into electronic transactions at the point of sale
and deposits these funds into the merchant's direct
deposit account (DDA) generally within two business
days. If the check is returned by the customer's
bank, the return goes directly to TeleCheck, not to
the merchant. The merchant pays no returned check
charges. This service also includes guarantee
capability.

Markets We Serve
Gas stations and convenience stores: FDIS provides
comprehensive payment solutions designed for independent
gas stations and convenience stores that are no longer
affiliated with the larger branded gas companies. We
understand the intricacies of operating an independent
gas station as well as the benefits they offer the
marketplace.
Quick Service
Restaurants (QSRs):
A payment
revolution has exploded in the QSR market with many of
the major chains accepting credit cards and PIN-secured
and signature debit cards as payment. FDIS has a payment
processing program to fit the needs of quick-serve
restaurants so accepting any form of payment is faster,
easier and more convenient for your customers.
Wireless:
Today's business
person isn't always in a store, especially if his or her
business is a delivery, limousine or taxi service, a
home repair contracting company or if he or she
participates in fairs. These merchants need business
equipment that they can take with them on the road.
E-Commerce:
To compete in today's
aggressive online e-commerce environment, merchants need
a fast and reliable payment processor they can trust to
gain and maintain a competitive advantage.
Health and Beauty:
The growth of health
spas and beauty salons is not only bringing in more
customers, it is bringing more of a demand for
alternative payment options.
